Robert A. Maruszewski / Washington, DC Bob Maruszewski is the cofounder of Key Bridge Partners and has over 18 years of operating experience in general management, marketing, and strategy, with half of his career spent in Europe.
Previously, Mr. Maruszewski had a 14-year career at Emerson in four divisions ranging in size from $30M to $300M with responsibilities across five continents. Mr. Maruszewski ran two business units during his tenure at Emerson and focused on sales growth and profit improvement through rebuilding organizations and business systems, relocating businesses, and implementing sales and brand strategies. He was instrumental in two successful acquisitions and played key roles in post-acquisition strategy and integration.
Mr. Maruszewski holds an MBA with honors from Georgetown University, a B.S. from the University of Dayton, and completed Oxford University's International Management Program, concentrating on private equity. He has had numerous industry articles published and was prominently featured in the Wall Street Journal's Marketplace on new product development. Mr. Maruszewski currently resides in Washington, DC. He has competed in triathlons and marathons and is an avid golfer.

ASSOCIATES Nikolay E. Kolev, CFA / Washington, DC Nikolay Kolev is an Investment Analyst for Key Bridge Partners and is focused on financial analysis of investment opportunities, as well as various aspects of deal execution. Mr. Kolev is a CFA Charterholder and has experience as an analyst for equity and fixed income securities at a money-management firm with $8B in assets under management. Nikolay holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Duquesne University, and is completing his MBA at Georgetown University.

Richard H. Bogan / Alexandria, VA
Richard Bogan is a senior operating executive having served as President and/or CFO in several major corporations, including Philip Morris, RJ Reynolds, NorthAmerican Logistics, and Unisource Worldwide. Mr. Bogan has held leadership roles in businesses ranging from $700M to $20B in revenues and throughout his career has successfully directed accounting, finance, tax, sales & marketing, strategic planning and information technology groups. His diverse and broad executive leadership experience includes international and domestic acquisitions and divestitures. Mr. Bogan is a former member of the Board of Directors of Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey and Molson Breweries Ltd.
Raffaele Mastroleo / Milan, Italy
Raffaele Mastroleo is an expert in global logistics and has worked as a consultant to multinational corporations for over 20 years. His experience spans a range of industries, business models, and situations. Based in Milan, Italy, Mr. Mastroleo provides advice on logistics, streamlining operations, and turnarounds. In addition, he provides insights on European companies, organization, and strategy.
Christine M. Murphy / Atlanta, GA
Christine Murphy is a CPA with over 15 years of experience in public accounting and corporate finance. Ms. Murphy has worked as a controller in the software and professional services industries. Her background includes merger and acquisition analysis, due diligence, and execution in both domestic and international markets. Ms. Murphy is experienced in preparing statutory SEC filings for ongoing operations and initial public offerings.
Thomas J. Murrin / Pittsburgh, PA
Tom Murrin had a distinguished career at Westinghouse Electric Corporation, last serving as President of Energy and Advanced Technology Group, an organization of nearly $5 billion in annual sales and 45,000 associates. Upon retiring from Westinghouse, Mr. Murrin assumed the post of Deputy Secretary of the U.S. Department of Commerce, where he became deeply involved in numerous executive activities – including the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award and the Advanced Technology and Manufacturing Center Programs. Mr. Murrin has served as Dean of Duquesne University’s Business School and is now a Distinguished Service Professor. Mr. Murrin has served on many corporate and development boards, including the Duquesne Light Company and Motorola, and is currently the chairman and/or a board member of nine organizations. |
